MUAR: Teachers have been urged to promote art and cultural studies among students to ensure the two forms do not fade into oblivion in the near future. 

Bukit Naning assemblyman Datuk Abdullah Ali said every nation or race had its own art and culture, which they observed, practiced and some even developed with time.
