WHAT was to have been a beautiful market for Taman Alam Megah residents in Shah Alam has become a white elephant within a year of being handed over to traders.
The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) spent RM2.5mil to build the facility with the aim of providing a permanent place for traders who were trading indiscriminately and awarded the trading lots to them in May last year.
