A TOTAL of 21 teams from 10 countries have so far confirmed participation in the 28th Penang International Dragon Boat Festival 2007 which will be held at the Teluk Bahang Dam from June 8 to June 10.
Organising committee chairman Lye Chew Hock said they were from Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Brunei, Germany, Vietnam and Malaysia.
