FOURTH mayor of Shah Alam Datuk Ramlan Othman stepped down yesterday when his one-year contract expired. The Malacca-born Ramlan was sworn in as a mayor on March 30 last year, shortly after his retirement as the Selangor State Secretary.
He took over the position from Datuk Ramli Mahmud who was appointed as the State Secretary upon Ramlans retirement.
