KUANTAN: The Higher Education Ministry expects to see more applications for sports scholarships from undergraduates in private institutions of higher learning, its minister Datuk Mustapa Mohamed said.
“If you have excelled in sports events at the national and international level, you can apply,” he said in his speech before opening the first private institute of higher learning sports carnival at Sukpa indoor stadium in Indera Mahkota here recently.
