WHILE trying its best to serve the public, St John Ambulance Malaysia (SJAM) is constantly facing the challenge of having to deal with those that lie to obtain free haemodialysis and ambulance service meant for the underprivileged.
The charitable organisation had to withdraw at least 10 dialysis patients in Selangor and many more from other states from the free dialysis programme when they were discovered owning properties and businesses.
