THE 2,400 seized snakes in Penang are expected to be on their way to cooking pots in China.
The Wildlife and National Parks Department (Perhilitan) said yesterday that the live banded rat snakes would eventually end up in mainland China and Hong Kong where the demand for exotic meat was very high.
