KUCHING: The Registrar of Societies (ROS) declined to recognise the Parti Rakyat Sarawak headquarters in Jalan Pending, from where party president Datuk Dr James Masing and his group are operating.
Registrar Md Alias Kalil said the society had instructed Kuching City South Council to pull down the party’s signboard, which was erected at the shoplot.
