MALACCA: An abandoned hotel at Melaka Raya would be revived in 18 months while two new hotels would also be built in 30 months' time here.
All projects would be undertaken by Lianbang Ventures Sdn Bhd, the developer for DataranPahlawan Melaka Megamall, with an investment of RM300mil from foreign investors.
