KUALA LIPIS: About 60 pre-Independence government quarters in Jalan Perkeliling, Lipis, will soon be demolished.
Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah said the time has come for the buildings, made partly of wood and brick, to be replaced in order to spruce up Lipis' image.
