WHILE most people were enjoying a good lie-in, about 300 people, comprising schoolchildren, adults and families, were seen exercising enthusiastically at the Senamrobik NFC (National Fitness Council) that was being held at Central Market last Sunday morning.
City Hall deputy director-general Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz, who was representing Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Abdul Hakim Borhan, launched the first Senamrobik NFC, an event held in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year (VMY) 2007 under the Bukit Bintang area.
