THE Setiawangsa-level Love Kuala Lumpur Carnival was held at the Sungai Bunos PPR (public housing scheme) in Air Panas, Setapak, last weekend.
Thousands of people around the area flocked to the event with youths and families alike participating in events like sports events, a mass circumcision ceremony, road safety campaigns and exhibitions featuring services provided by the police and the fire and rescue department.
