KAJANG residents say the Kajang Municipal Council increased property value rates in 2004 and not in 1985 as claimed.
A few residents highlighted the discrepancy by referring to a StarMetro report on Dec 7 where council president Zainal Abidin Arshad was quoted as saying the last annual value rate increase was in 1985.
