PEKAN: Five assemblymen and one MP were among the recipients of state awards from the Sultan of Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah in conjunction with his 76th birthday this year.
In the second part of the investiture ceremony held at Balairong Seri, Istana Abu Bakar, here on Monday, Abdul Rahman Ibrahim (Jengka), Abu Bakar Harun (Cini), Mohamad Sahfri Abdul Aziz (Bukit Ibam), Mohd Ariff Sabri Abdul Aziz (Pulau Manis), Wan Iqbal Afdza Wan Abdul Hamid (Peramu Jaya) and Kuala Krau MP Ismail Mohamed Said received the Setia Mahkota Pahang (SMP) award.
