PALACIO at Asian Heritage Row in Kuala Lumpur was born a year-and-a-half ago as a labour of love for Olivier Jauze and his wife Rozina Ali Kadir.
When it first opened, the restaurant’s style and ambience spelled romance, passion and a wholesome attitude towards traditional French cuisine, a reflection of the couple’s newly-wedded status.
