PENANG: Many foreigners with permanent resident status are unaware that they have to change their blue PR MyKad to the new red MyPR by Dec 31 next year.
Deputy Home Minister Datuk Tan Chai Ho said less than 10% of some 380,000 foreigners with PR status in the country had applied for the new card.
