TWO-THIRDS of contracts awarded by the state Public Works Department (JKR), Penang Development Corporation (PDC) and Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBA) are given to bumiputra contractors.
Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said these were among the ways in which that the state government had hel-ped the Malays in the state.
