THE new Centrio at Pantai Hillpark is YTL Home’s latest development project to capture the young, trendy and artistic market.
The Spanish-Mediterranean inspired neighbourhood pulls together modern spaces for people to live, work and play in.
The work and play idea led to the mix of the Soho (small office – home office) concept, which is the central focus of the Centrio.
The Soho suites are complemented by retail stores and boutique offices that will form part of the project.
“The launch of Centrio follows in the footsteps of YTL Land & Development’s win of the prestigious FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2006 for Andalucia in the best residential development category,” said YTL land & development general manager Edward Lee.
Among some of the Spanish-Mediter-ranean inspired designs include transparent facades, exposed staircases and designed ambient lighting.
The designs also feature landscaping that balances the equation between nature and development emphasising multiple green rooms, canopies and communal garden spaces.
“Every Soho suite is a duplex and features dramatic two-storey high ceilings or windows, as well as a guest room,”
An interesting element of the Centrio is the privacy and security feature where all the suites, retail stores and offices have their own access points and parking facilities. The main access into Centrio is also kept separate from the other phases of Pantai Hillpark.
“The suites prices start from RM200,000 and it will be completed in two years’ time. And, of course, there will be comprehensive amenities like a lap pool, yoga studios, gyms and lounges,” Lee said.
To launch the Centrio, YTL Homes will be holding the Urban Sanctuary showcase to promote modern and stylish living in today’s fast paced culture.
The showcase will also feature designer and state-of-the art AV systems from Bang & Olufsen, the leader of world-class technologies from Denmark.
There will also be an exhibition by Osim featuring the brand’s health products. CIMB will join in the showcase with a range of financial products and services.
“Visitors to the showcase will be able to experience all these different brands, especially the anchor project Centrio,” Lee said.
YTL Platinum Plus Members will enjoy exclusive offers and packages from participating brands with purchases made during the showcase period.
The showcase starts on Friday and will run till Nov 18 at the Explore Floor foyer.
