THE Penang Municipal Coun-cil is committing an offence by allowing its vehicles to ply the roads without valid road tax discs.
The law specifies that only vehicles with valid road tax discs are allowed on the road, said Road Transport Depart-ment director-general Datuk Emran Kadir (pic).
