BUDDHISTS from several countries had a hand in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Wat Chanhorm annex building in Kampung Kubang Kesom near Padang Terap in Kedah.
Devotees from Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Thailand joined their brethren from Kuala Lumpur and Penang at the ceremony recently.
