THE Penang state government should look into promoting Georgetown’s inner city as a living heritage enclave and as well look into the potential of night tourism in the area.
The entire Armenian Street and Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling area should be bustling with hawker stalls and residents enjoying the cool night breeze outside their heritage homes, Penang Lum Yeong Tong Yap Temple chairman Datuk Yap Ching Chau said.
