MOTORISTS using the Jalan Universiti/Jalan Dato Abu Bakar roundabout in Petaling Jaya yesterday had to endure inconvenience due to the partial closure of Jalan Universiti. The closure is to facilitate the construction of a 1.2km flyover in the area.
