THE Penang Water Sports Re creation Centre (PWSRC) in Tanjung Bunga will see about 1,500 participants from all over the country and Singa-pore taking to the sea for the Penang Pesta Dragon Boat Race 2006.
PWSRC and event chairman Datuk Lye Siew Weng said the response so far “has been very encouraging.”
