TWO food outlets built on road reserves next to the Ipoh City Council building were constructed in accordance to the law.
State Urban and Local Government Committee chairman Datuk Chang Ko Youn said the two eateries at Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil had been issued with temporary occupational licences (TOL) in accordance to the National Land Code.
