WHAT was supposed to be a two-hour dialogue between Kelana Jaya residents and the authorities took twice as long to finish as nearly all of the 100 residents who turned up were given a chance to speak.
Apart from from the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ), other authorities represented at the dialogue were the police, Alam Flora, Syabas and Tenaga Nasional Bhd.
