PENANG: Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said he is prepared to accept criticisms over the alleged slow approval for property development projects in Penang.
He said the state government had to exercise some rational control over the projects to ensure there was proper planning, among others for traffic disposal.
