By K.W. MAKJADE CHAN

THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) will be taking to court three offenders who have flouted the city’s bylaws by putting up illegal buntings and posters.

The council’s enforcement team took down some 5,082 such advertising items, including banners, buntings and pillar posters, last month and has tracked down three of the culprits.
