THE CONTROVERY surrounding billboard advertisements in Petaling Jaya has led the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) to curtail its own rules and regulations.
According to MPSJ president Datuk Mohd Arif Abdul Rahman, the council would freeze issuing licences for billboards for the time being.
