Flavours of Johor
A three-week Johor Food Fest kicks off today at SalomaTheatre Restaurant. It is in conjunction with the CitrarasaMalaysia 2006 and it features specially invited guest chefsfrom Johor - Hamimah Mohamed, Sharifah Salma SyedOmar and Yahya Md Zain. Saloma's Tiffin Meal, which is aset lunch menu, will also include these Johor dishes. Dinneris served buffet style with three rotating menus. There willalso be handicraft displays from Johor Craft throughout thepromotion. The Saloma Dancers will entertain with Johor'straditional dances. The Tiffin Set Menu is from 11am to 3pmat RM30nett per person for a minimum of two persons andBuffet Dinner from 7pm to 10pm at RM65++ per personwith showtime from 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
