PLANS are under way to develop Kuala Sungai Pinang as the second gateway from Balik Pulau to the Penang National Park via boat.
Teluk Bahang Development Commi-ttee chairman Siti Faridah Arshad said visitors to the park were familiar with the northwest main gateway at Teluk Ba-hang but were unaware of the southern approach from Balik Pulau.
