Improve service


THERE is no e-mail address in KTM Bhd’s website to which I can send my complaint about the train service. Therefore, this is my only option.  

Recently, I was waiting for a train from Nilai to KL Sentral. Normally, during weekends, the train frequency is about 20 minutes apart, at most. However, I waited for more than 45 minutes together with other frustrated passengers. During that period, three trains on the Rawang-Seremban route passed through the station.  

I was frustrated that no announcement was made to inform the passengers. By the time I boarded the train, it was so packed that I found it hard to breathe. On my return trip from KL, I waited for another 45 minutes.  

Since I am a frequent traveller on KTM Komuter train, I have noticed that the number of passengers has increased tremendously, especially during peak hours.  

I do not understand why KTM has not added coaches to meet the demand. If Malaysia really boleh, KTM should do better.
