SECTION 10 residents did not get any help from the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) when they handed in a memorandum protesting the construction of a billboard in their neighbourhood.
The residents had gathered at the MBPJ office yesterday morning to hand over the memorandum protesting the construction of billboard advertising structures along the Federal Highway next to their neighbourhood.
