VETERAN walker Thomas Kok has been participating in previous Starwalks for so long that he feels part and parcel of the annual event.
“I have taken part in Penang Starwalk since the age of 40,” said the 60-year-old who is also the principal of the Ipoh Learn-ing and Training Institute (ILTI).
