Bank in salaries, employers urged

POLICE have advised employers to credit salaries of their workers into bank accounts instead of paying by cash for safety reasons. 

North Seberang Prai district chief Asst Comm Mazlan Lazim, who gave this advice, said there was a spate of cases recently when robbers targeted victims who withdrew large sums of money at banks to pay salaries.
