RESIDENTS of Kampung Sungai Nibong Jati in Penang are hoping to get an overhead pedestrian bridge or a pedestrian crossing across the busy Jalan Tun Dr Awang.
Umno Sungai Nibong Jati branch chief Saim Yusoff said many of the 4,000 villagers had to cross the road frequently to get to the mosque and commercial lots located right opposite the village.
