A NEW slip road approaching the Penang Bridge toll plaza in Prai has been opened effective 12.01am today.
Plus Expressways Bhd said in a statement yesterday that motorists could use the slip road to access the Penang Bridge customer service centre to purchase or reload Touch 'n Go cards.
