IT IS time again for dumplings and Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers a superb selection. From May 24 to 30, the restaurant will feature glutinous rice dumplings during lunch. The dumpling, also known as chang, is made only during the Dragon Boat Festival and the origins of this rice dumpling traced back to the legend of the well-loved poet Qu Yuan. At Xin, guests can choose between savoury and sweet dumplings cooked in the traditional way. The sweet dumpling is priced at RM12++ each while the savoury ones are at RM18++ each.
