THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) has instructed the operators of 72 'illegal' kiosks at the Megamal Pinang, Prai, to tear down their stalls failing which the council will do it for them.
Council president Datuk Md Aris Arifin said notices were served on the operators yesterday. They have 30 days to tear down the booths.
