PENANG: Marine police have seized 360kg of sugar from a barter trade boat and arrested six Indonesians for smuggling.
Northern region marine police chief Asst Comm Zainul Abidin Hasan said a seven-man patrol team detained the KM Putra Mekar near the Penang Port in Weld Quay at 10.30pm on Friday.
