RESIDENTS of USJ 11, which has been in the grip of a dengue outbreak for the 17th consecutive week, will face stiffer penalties if mosquito larvae are found in the premises of their homes.
So far, 45 confirmed dengue cases have been recorded in the area alone with about two to three new cases each week adding to the total figure.
