THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) has come up with a set of conditions that will allow it to issue licences to 10 unlicensed budget hotels that are currently operating in the municipality.
Speaking after the board meeting, councillor Dr Kow Cheong Wei said the move to license the budget hotels was to allow the council control services offered and building features.
