Out to keep bad practices at bay


The Penang State Integrity Institute will be set up in June to improve integrity and to get rid of bad practices such as corruption and abuse of power. 

Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said the institute would focus on creating ethical practice in the government and private sectors.
