Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is planning to set up a separate arm to handle the commercialisation of its research and development (R&D) products.
USM vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dzulkifli Abdul Razak said the arm would also look into potential deals for the university’s new inventions.
