A TOTAL of 190,849 out of 530,046 domestic users in the state will not be affected by the recent 15% increase in water tariff.
Perak Infrastructure and Public Utilities Committee chairman Datuk Ho Cheng Wang said the 190,849 consumers used only 20 cubic metres monthly, the rate for which would be maintained.
