A LAST minute try by Syazwan Mohd Isa enabled Kuala Kangsar to beat Hilir Perak 23-18 in the final of the Perak Schools Under-18 Rugby Championship at the Tuanku Abdul Rahman School (STAR) field in Ipoh recently.
The final was heading towards extra time as both teams were still deadlocked at 18-18.
