The debate on whether the Petaling Jaya Municipal Council’s (MPPJ) detailed accounts should be revealed or not still hangs heavy in the air. MPPJ president Datuk Ahmad Termizi Puteh has defended the council’s decision on reserving the right to not allow the accounts to be scrutinised by the public.
