WHEN the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) launched its towing exercise in July 2001 there was a lot of hue and cry over the inconvenience motorists faced in retrieving their vehicles. But, the lesson seems to have been forgotten in just one short year.
The council, after suspending the exercise in 2002, found that many motorists were going back to their bad old ways, leaving their cars parked haphazardly and obstructing other vehicles.
