JOHOR BARU: Johor Corporation (JCorp) will spend RM380mil to develop the city into a kota air or water city.
JCorp chief executive officer Tan Sri Datuk Muhammad Ali Hashim said the allocation would be used to improve and restore areas situated near certain ports and beaches.
