CHINESE New Year celebration might be over but the festive mood is still in the air as reflected by the turnout of more than 3,000 people at the 'belated celebration' at Khoo Kongsi in Penang.
Guests, which included tourists, were treated to an array of mouth-watering Penang hawker fare ranging from nyonya kuih to the famous Penang popiah and char koay kak. The event was organised by the Penang Youth Council.
