ALOR STAR: The search and rescue operation to locate an angler who was missing after his boat capsized near Pulau Payar has been hampered by rough waters.
Kota Star district police deputy OCPD Supt Aznan Hussein said the search for Mohd Zaini Idris, 30, began on Saturday after his fishing partner, Sazali Din, 36, made a report at the Kuala Kedah police station.
